Première 2025: Jewelry Becomes a “Mirror of Time” at the 34th Edition of Oroarezzo

Jewelry becomes a witness of time, a reflection of emotion and style, at the 34th edition of Première, the creative centerpiece of the Oroarezzo event organized by Italian Exhibition Group. The show will take place from May 10 to 13 at Arezzo Fiere e Congressi.

With the 2025 theme “Mirror of Time”, the competition celebrates the excellence of Italian goldsmithing, highlighting how each creation tells a story and preserves memories through its light and form. The unique pieces crafted by participating companies will be displayed in two large showcases at the heart of the “Chimera” pavilion, offering visitors a journey through contemporary design and traditional craftsmanship.

“Jewelry is not just a precious object, but a keeper of memories,” explains Beppe Angiolini, art director of Oroarezzo and president of the jury. “Each reflection tells a fragment of life, transforming raw materials into emotion.” In addition to the main competition, the “Talents” category returns for its third year, dedicated to students from Italian goldsmith schools and young designers under 30. The winning project will be brought to life and presented at the Italian Jewelry Summit in December, thanks to the support of local partner companies.

Matteo Farsura, head of the Jewellery & Fashion division at IEG, emphasizes the importance of the contest: “Première is the creative heart of Oroarezzo, a space that promotes Italian craftsmanship and connects generations of artisans with emerging talents.”

The award ceremony will be held on Sunday, May 11, with a jury composed of industry experts, journalists, bloggers, fashion influencers, and style authorities.
