Oroarezzo 2025: International Focus Grows with a 9% Rise in Foreign Attendance

The 44th edition of Oroarezzo, organized by Italian Exhibition Group, concluded with attendance levels consistent with 2024 and a 9% increase in international visitors, confirming the event’s strong international focus.

In a context of global uncertainty, Oroarezzo reinforced its role as a strategic hub for the Italian goldsmithing sector, with 84% of exhibitors coming from Italy. The fair welcomed visitors from 100 countries, with Europe leading the way (40%), followed by the Middle East (15%), the Americas (17%), the Far East (7%), and Africa (11%). Among the fastest-growing markets were Mexico, Argentina, Nigeria, Ghana, and Congo.

Thanks to the collaboration with the Italian Trade Agency (ICE) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, around 400 international buyers from 60 countries were hosted at the event.

Oroarezzo also stood out for its rich event program, featuring eleven appointments ranging from economic outlooks and industry analysis to cultural initiatives, including a lyrical evening at Teatro Petrarca with Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi. Italian creativity took center stage in the Première Contest, conceived by Beppe Angiolini, which featured 58 participating companies. IEG now looks ahead to December 2025, when the 5th Italian Jewelry Summit will take place in Arezzo.
