With the VLC-180 it is possible to vulcanise silicone in a hot vacuum, so that all moisture and micro-bubbles are removed from the rubber.
TThe resulting rubbers will be perfectly compacted and the surface smoother and shinier.
The VLC-180 is fully automatic. It allows two vulcanisation processes: pre-vulcanisation and vulcanisation.
